Wade Architecture designed the Windward on the River clubhouse at 17151 Windward Boulevard in Milford, Delaware. Serving as the apartment community’s central amenity hub, this spacious 5,000-square-foot facility provides residents with convenient spaces for fitness, work, and socializing. Inside, the clubhouse features multiple modern amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center, a business center, a lounge, and a multi-use room. Furthermore, the building opens directly into the community’s outdoor recreation areas, connecting residents to a resort-style swimming pool, a sundeck, a cabana, grilling stations, and a community fire pit.
