Indoors, the clubhouse features a state-of-the-art fitness and aerobics center, dedicated billiards and game rooms, and a sprawling great room complete with a kitchen, bar, and cozy fireplace. Seamlessly extending its footprint outdoors, the space offers a large swimming pool, a hot tub, a covered pavilion, an outdoor kitchen with a community fire pit, and adjacent courts for pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard. Beyond its physical amenities, the clubhouse acts as the primary venue for The Freeman Institute, hosting year-round life enrichment programming, cooking demonstrations, and social events that bring this award-winning neighborhood together.
