Chadwick Manor Clubhouse

Location: Baltimore, MD

Navigating this tight, highly active site demanded extensive coordination with the Civil Engineers and the Owner. Preparing the grounds for the new Chadwick Manor Clubhouse involved removing the existing bathhouse, pool, and several trees, followed by constructing a new retaining wall to expand the buildable area. The resulting 6,000 SF facility features a Leasing Center with a dedicated entrance, a Clubhouse equipped with a Warming Kitchen and Fitness Center, and a Pool with Restroom Facilities.
