Chadwick Manor Clubhouse

This project required a lot of coordination with the Civil Engineers and Owner since the site was so tight and a lot of functions were taking place on the site. Before the new clubhouse facilities could be built, the existing bathhouse and pool needed to be removed along with several trees and a new retaining wall built to help extend the building area. The new 6,000 SF facility consists of a Leasing Center with its own entrance, Clubhouse with Warming Kitchen and Fitness Center, and a Pool with Restroom Facilities.
