Bayside Clubhouse

Location: Shelbyville, DE

The Bayside Clubhouse and community emphasize a “coastal village” aesthetic. This design integrates deeply with the surrounding low-country marshes and water features. Opened in late 2020, the facility spans over 37,000 square feet. It serves as a central hub for dining, golf, and community events. The clubhouse also offers views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
