Saint James Student Dorm

To accommodate a growing student body and record-breaking enrollment, the new Saint James Student Dorm—officially named Dunnan Hall to honor Father Dunnan’s 33 years of dedicated service as Headmaster—brings a modern living experience to the campus. Sitting just across College Road next to the Old Orchard House, the 15,600-square-foot building pairs a traditional exterior that blends with the campus architecture with an open, spacious, modern interior. Crews broke ground on the project in the late summer of 2025. Once complete, the facility will house 34 boys and seamlessly integrate two faculty apartments and one faculty townhome so that staff remain actively present to support the residents.
