Wayne’s curiosity about the built environment was initially piqued when he was a kid watching and learning about his father’s work as a carpenter. At the age of 16, while enrolled in a STEM program in high school, he stumbled into an internship with a Residential Designer and has been involved in the AEC industry ever since. He continued to work within residential design while he attended UMBC, where he would earn his BS in Financial Economics. Upon graduation, he decided to continue to build his career in architecture, further expanding his knowledge into commercial projects. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, he particularly enjoys tackling complex problems and exploring the intersection of the AEC and Tech industries.
Among his many interests and talents, he particularly enjoys working on his latest project car or home renovation project, debating the latest financial or real estate news, or checking out breweries with friends.
