Dan Smigelski is a Registered Architect who founded Wade Architecture. Dan has achieved success with well-established companies across the country such as 5 of the top 10 Builders in the country as well as National and Regional Developers such as Foulger-Pratt and Carl M. Freeman Companies, to name a few.
Prior to starting Wade Architecture, Dan spent 30 years in design and construction over a wide range of residential and commercial projects most recently leaving NVR as the GM of the Architecture Department where he managed a staff that supported NVR in 15 States.
After spending more than 36 years in Architecture and Construction Dan understands the impact of various constraints such as Design, Economic, and Time. He utilizes this experience while working closely with clients to an ideal solution.
In addition to his membership in AIA, Dan is a Registered Architect in multiple states and holds a MD Home Improvement Contractor License.
Dan enjoys travel, family and friends as well as being a self-proclaimed car guy and biker. We are proud to say that, 90% of our projects come from a solid base of return clients, built over time on the premises of great service, personal attention, and outstanding results.
