Mauricio Ortiz

Professionally, after studying civil engineering at Universidad Mariano Galvez, Guatemala and graduated from a Vo-Tech high school, in which he received the diploma in construction & computer-aided drafting, Mauricio moved to the architecture industry. Currently, he has more than ten (10) years of experience in the industry, in which he has worked both in the construction jobsite and in the architecture office, running residential and commercial projects from the ground and renovations. Extensive experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) after having worked many years with Revit Arch. and studied in BIM-CA (Central America) Academy, where he got his three diplomas for Revit Architecture, Revit MEP and Revit Structural. 

In terms of hobbies, Mauricio enjoys outdoor activities, especially skiing and scuba diving. Also, learning and doing art related to dramaturgy.
